Just got a good lesson from a friend i met in internet, its bout SQL, so this post is to remind me how to insert and select from sql data base in one query.

INSERT tableA(id,name,contents)
SELECT DISTINCT id, title, page_content FROM tableB

Recursive function for php, mysql, suckerfish

This is code snippet for php recursive function that works with mysql and suckerfish, for instance if we have database with table named menu

The Discovery of a Temple in Denpasar

Since last week, the National Archaeological excavations at the site Denpasar do tertimbunnya temple from hundreds of years ago. Its location on Jalan Trengguli Gang IV D, Denpasar, precisely in pasraman (pesantren Hindus) Ida Resi Bhujangga Wisnawa Ganda Kusuma in Banjar Saba, Village Penatih, Denpasar.

The discovery of this temple began in late September, when five local people were digging the ground to create a water catchment. When the excavation reached a depth of one meter, the diggers discovered padas stone size 40 x 40 cm lined along the 1 to 1.1 meters.

Until now, a team from the Institute of Archaeology Denpasar has managed to lift 22 stone with a length of 120 feet with a width of 40 x 40 centimeters. looks like a beam with fringe arranged neatly.

Mengwi bus station

Last Monday I had to pick up my mother from Jakarta she travels on bus, i suppose to pick her at the bus station. I got confused when she told me that i have to Mengwi bus station. It happens to be a new bus station as a replacement for Denpasar’s long used bus terminal at Ubung , travelers are foreseeing the Bali provincial administration to unravel the recently messy bus departure and arrival provisions by serving up feeder buses to get the capital city.
