As reported in Beritabali.com patients of mosquito-borne illness better known as dengue has risen lately since last few days there are 10 to 12 patients hospitalized at Sanglah General Hospital every day, this information is confirmed by Dr. IGB Ken Wirasandhi from Sanglah Hospital.
Dengue fever is a disease caused by a family of viruses that are transmitted by mosquitoes.

Whirlwind hits Bali!

The weather in Bali was forecasted to be bad until two or three days to come, Sutrisno, spokesman of the Denpasar meteorology and geophysics office, said here on Wednesday.

In Denpasar, capital of Bali province, very strong wind from western and southwestern directions at a speed of up to 50 km per hour caused a number of trees to fall on. Two cars were damaged as trees fell on top of them.
